September is for shipping, and we're full steam ahead. This month, we’re putting our newest screening agent in every Metaview workspace, saving even more time on sourcing, and giving Application Review deeper context on what a great candidate actually looks like.
We’ve also made it easier to see what’s already happened with a candidate, and to run more of your recruiting workflow without leaving Claude or ChatGPT. Here’s what’s new.
1. Screening is live! Try it for free.
Metaview Screening is now live in every workspace. And your first 25 candidate screens are on us.
Choose who you want to screen and the agent runs a real, two-way interview with each candidate. It doesn’t just march through a fixed list of questions: it can have a conversation, dig into relevant answers, and collect the evidence you need to make a decision.

Once the screen is done, you get the recording, a call summary, and a score mapped to your criteria. So you can screen more candidates, sooner, without adding delays and days of calls to your calendar.

2. Organize and share templates with folders.
When every recruiter has their own unique version of the interview structure, things get messy quickly. You need to know everyone’s singing from the same (correct) songbook.
To avoid the template sprawl, they now have a dedicated home in Metaview. Group them into folders and keep everything organized by role, team, interview type, or whatever makes sense for your process.

You can also share folders with individual teammates or your entire workspace. Everyone gets the right templates without digging through old docs, duplicating someone else’s setup, or wondering which version is current.
3. Give Application Review more context on your ICP.
A job description rarely captures the full hiring brief. The hiring manager call usually does.
You can now add extra context to your ideal candidate profile in Application Review, then tell the agent exactly how you want it used. For example: “Prioritize the hiring manager’s must-haves from this call recording.”

Bring interview recordings and other useful context into the review process, instead of reducing every applicant to a handful of static filters. Application Review gets a better picture of what the team actually wants, and can assess incoming candidates accordingly.
4. Trigger sourcing automatically from your ATS.
Sometimes the right time to start sourcing candidates is so obvious, you shouldn’t even need to click a button to begin.
Metaview can now automatically start a new search based on actions in your ATS. Open a new job and the Sourcing agent can get rolling immediately.

Or what about when a great candidate declines your final offer? Metaview can automatically look for candidates similar to your first choice, giving you a new set of lookalikes based on someone you already know clears the bar.
No new brief. No starting from zero. Just keep the search moving.
5. See a candidate’s history before you reach out.
Nobody wants to send a “we think you’d be a great fit” message to someone they rejected last month.

When you click into a candidate in Sourcing, Metaview now shows their ATS history and previous Metaview searches. You can quickly see whether they’ve already interviewed, been rejected, appeared in another search, or are currently in a process with someone else on your team.
Context matters when multiple recruiters are sourcing at once. It helps you avoid awkward duplicate outreach, and make a better call on whether, when, and how to contact someone.
6. Run more of your recruiting process from Claude or ChatGPT
If you’re already working in Claude or ChatGPT, you can now do more recruiting without jumping between tools.
Kick start a Metaview Screening agent, check candidate fraud and authenticity signals, enrich contact details, or start an outreach sequence directly from your AI assistant.

It’s another step towards making recruiting agents work wherever you do. Instead of opening a different tool for every task, just tell your AI assistant what you need and put Metaview to work from there.
