Which ATSes does Metaview AI Sourcing support?

Setup is self-serve via Admin Panel for most ATSes. New integrations ship monthly, so the live list on the integrations page is the source of truth. If your ATS isn't there yet, ask your Metaview contact about the roadmap.

What candidate data does the agent pull from past interviews?

Anything in the interview transcript and structured notes captured on Metaview: motivators, career drivers, quota attainment, why a candidate passed or didn't, what they're open to next. The agent treats those as searchable signal alongside the ATS profile fields.

How does this differ from keyword search inside my ATS?

Keyword search inside an ATS searches the profile (resume text, tags, custom fields). It can't read the interview conversation. AI Sourcing builds an ICP from your prompt, then matches it against profiles and the conversation signal from past Metaview interviews. The result is context-aware, not string-matched.

Can I push candidates back into the ATS pipeline?

Yes. From the Candidates panel, send any "yes" candidate back to your ATS in one click. On supported integrations (Greenhouse, Ashby, and others rolling out), you can also pick the pipeline stage they land in.
